- Check-in time is from 4:00pm. We can accept check-in procedures before 4:00pm, but we can only guide you to your room after 4:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am. An extension fee will be charged for use after the check-out time.

- Rooms for consecutive nights will be cleaned by 3:00pm unless requested. If you wish to have your room cleaned earlier, please notify the front desk in advance.
- In the case of a stay at Toyoko INN for consecutive nights, rooms will be cleaned once every 4 days (towels will be changed every day).

- Children using beds by themselves or a child of junior high school or older sharing a bed with an adult, will be charged the same as an adult.
