Some plans are based on a single group, but generally the minimum group size is 20. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and a cancellation notice will be sent by email 7 days before departure.

If you leave the tour mid-trip, it will be deemed as a voluntary withdrawal and no refund will be given. If any personal injury or property loss occurs as a result of this, the consequences will be borne by the individual.

Vehicle Type: Vehicles are assigned based on the number of participants. For larger groups, a driver and accompanying personnel will be assigned to provide full travel services. No additional tour leaders will be assigned. Upon arrival at each attraction, visitors are free to explore freely.
Infants: Children under 1 year old ride free. Each adult may only bring one infant under 1 year old, not occupying a seat. No attraction ticket will be provided, and child fees will apply. If you are traveling with an infant under 1 year old, please indicate this in the Remarks section.

The cherry blossom viewing period may be slightly delayed due to weather conditions. Once the tour is completed, the tour will depart as scheduled regardless of the cherry blossom blooming conditions. Please be advised.
If the water bus is suspended due to bad weather or other reasons, the water bus group fee will be refunded and the free time at other attractions will be extended instead.
The 2025 Sewaritei Cherry Blossom Festival is scheduled to run for seven days, from March 22nd to April 12th. Lunch will be available for purchase at Sewaritei. However, if the festival stalls are closed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or official announcements of schedule changes, lunch will be available for purchase at Uji.
After the trip has departed, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation expenses will be borne by the passenger.
During the experience, you may be seated at the same table or table with fellow passengers on the bus or restaurant. This is subject to the tour leader and facility arrangements on the day.
