The number of people traveling on the day will be five/nine-seater vehicles, and no additional tour guides will be arranged. Some tour guides may use translation software to talk to passengers, so please pay attention before making a reservation.
Taiwan's legal regulations: Children under 4 years old must ride in child seats. If they refuse to ride, the driver has the right to refuse to carry the passenger without refund. If you need a child seat, please inform us in the comments in the order form in advance. Child seats are subject to a charge of NT$200 per child, please pay to the driver on site. A child seat occupies 1.5 seats. For every seat used, the number of passengers will be reduced by 1. Please be informed.
Car models are assigned based on the number of people and cannot be specified. If you order separately, please be sure to indicate the two companions in the order notes.
If you are unable to take the shuttle bus due to personal factors such as being late, or if you fail to return to the bus stop on time during the tour, no refunds will be given, and no rescheduling will be possible. Please be informed.
Please gather on time within the specified time. If a passenger leaves the group or fails to gather due to personal reasons during the itinerary, no refund will be issued
For additional fees outside the service scope, please pay to the driver at the boarding site. The fee will be stated on the voucher.
The length of stay at each scenic spot in the chartered itinerary can be adjusted by yourself. The total driving time is 8 hours. If you exceed the time limit, you will have to pay an overtime fee on site. Please be informed.
Please note that if the chartered itinerary is overtime due to traffic control or traffic jams caused by natural factors, overtime fees will be charged.

According to Taiwan traffic regulations, children under the age of 4 must use a car seat if traveling by small vehicle. An additional NT$300 must be paid in cash to the driver on the day. Please notify us in the remarks section if a car seat is needed.
