Due to the Sky Lantern Festival on 26/2/27 and 3/3, all tours will be combined and moved to Yehejinji (Yeliu/Houtong/Jinguashi/Jiufen) at 10:20.

[Cancellation Policy Information]

• All cancellations are processed during weekday business hours (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Korean time). Cancellations made on public holidays (including local holidays) or weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following business day or Monday.
• The departure date (=selected date) is applied excluding weekends and public holidays from the cancellation period. (Example: If you depart on Sunday and request a cancellation on Wednesday, no refund will be given within 3 days of departure.)
  - Cancellation up to 7 days prior to departure date: Full refund
  - Cancellation 6-4 days prior to departure date: Refund after deducting 50% of the product price
  - Cancellation 3 days before departure date to the day of departure: No full refund
• If a traveler requests cancellation after a reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the special terms and conditions set by the traveler. The terms and conditions listed under Article 6 of the Overseas Travel Terms and Conditions apply unconditionally as of the date of purchase. Changes to the date and refunds are not permitted.
  
  

[Insurance-Related Notes]

• To qualify for Taiwan's local vehicle insurance and travel insurance (death and injury), please provide accurate information (Korean/English name, date of birth, and passport number) for all tour participants when making a reservation. (Example: Hong Gil-dong/HONG GILDONG/19451223/M000000)
• If you provide inaccurate or missing required information, you will not be eligible for Taiwanese one-day travel insurance or vehicle insurance. We are not responsible for any resulting insurance failure.
• Taiwan's local one-day travel insurance and vehicle insurance only cover injuries and deaths on the day of the tour and only apply in Taiwan. Loss or damage to property is not covered, but injuries are covered if treated at a Taiwanese hospital.
• You can also purchase additional travel insurance policies in Korea that provide greater coverage.
• If information is not sent by 11:00 AM two days prior to the tour (based on business days), insurance may not be available.

[Tour Guide]

After the first meeting at Ximen Station, the same bus and guide will move to the main station for a second meeting, and then the final departure will be from the main station. (Meeting times at Ximen Station and Main Station are different. Please be sure to check the schedule for the product you purchased.)

※ If the tour cannot proceed due to natural disasters or local circumstances after confirmation, the tour may be canceled. (You will be contacted separately only in case of cancellation.)

※ We will not contact you via KakaoTalk before the tour. We will never create a chat room before the tour.

※ If you are late, we will depart immediately without contacting you as other customers will be waiting on the day of the tour.

※ If you have turned off the feature to allow adding friends via KakaoTalk phone number during the tour, please turn it on on the day of the tour so that you can add friends via phone number.

※ The time listed on the product name is the final departure time, and the meeting time varies by location. Please be sure to check the schedule for the product you purchased. In the event of a no-show due to incorrect confirmation, date changes and refunds are strictly prohibited.

※ On the day of the tour, at the meeting place, the guide will be holding a Good Tour picket and will confirm the list with your name and phone number, and then provide the bus number and guide in charge.

※ Guide information will be provided at the meeting point on the day of the tour.

※ Please be punctual for the bus departure time.

※ Seating is not assigned and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Changes to your initial seating position are not permitted. During the tour, you may find yourself separated from your group. Seating is important to everyone, so the guide and I cannot influence this. Thank you for your understanding.

※ Meals are not included, so you must prepare them yourself or purchase snacks during the tour.

• The time listed on the product name indicates the final departure time. Departure and meeting times vary by location, so please be sure to check the schedule for your purchased product. (No-shows due to incomplete confirmation will result in no-shows, no-date changes, and no-refunds.)
  
• This product can be reserved for 1 person or more, and the tour departs with a minimum of 1 person.
• You can meet at any of the two meeting locations, and there's no need to specify a specific location. As this is a group tour, please be sure to adhere to the meeting time. You can then disembark at any location on the itinerary.
• The Jinguashi Gold Museum is closed on the first Monday of every month, and Jinguashi (miner's lunch box) tours are held as usual except on special days.
• Due to Taiwan's tourism laws, tour vehicles may not be permitted to operate in Jiufen (Jinguashi). In these cases, public transportation will be used. (*Please be sure to read the public transportation information below!)
• The above schedule may change on the day of the tour depending on local circumstances and traffic conditions.
• Date changes must be made at least 5 business days prior to the tour date (subject to availability).
• Reservation confirmations and cancellations are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Korean time) and are not accepted on public holidays or weekends. Reservations and cancellations made on public holidays or weekends will be processed as if they were received on Monday.
  
  

[Public Transportation Guide for Jinguashi-Jiufen]

• According to the Tourism Act, entry of general buses is controlled, and vehicle control applies to all tour operators.
• After parking your tour vehicle in the parking lot near Jinguashi, take public transportation to Jinguashi and Jiufen. (A guide will accompany you.)
• Get off the tour vehicle at the parking lot → Take public transportation to Jinguashi → Take public transportation to Jiufen → Go to the parking lot and board the tour vehicle (take public transportation a total of 3 times)
• It takes approximately 15 minutes to get from the parking lot to Jiufen, and the one-way fare is TWD 15. Public transportation costs are your own responsibility (children under 6 are free), and please bring cash to pay on-site.
• Applicable days: Weekends, Taiwanese public holidays, and weekdays with high traffic volume (at the discretion of the Tourism Bureau based on local circumstances)
• When traffic restrictions are lifted, tour vehicles will be used without moving to the parking lot. Even if traffic restrictions are in place, tour vehicles will be used for travel to Yeliu, Shifen, Shifen Waterfall, the parking lot (near Jiufen), and Taipei.
