- When your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the meeting time/meeting location/contact information of a Korean representative living in Danang.
- Vouchers will be sent out the next day between Mon-Fri (10:00-18:00). For weekend purchasers, they will be confirmed on Monday and sent out before 18:00 on Tuesday.
- If you wish to change your pickup time, you must leave a note in the request section when making your reservation.
- Pickup time cannot be changed after voucher is issued.
- If you are not at the hotel lobby at the designated time, you will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a full refund or change of date.
