  • The departure times listed above are only planned departure times. Actual berthing times depend on pier availability—if other vessels are using the pier, boarding and disembarking times for the Duckling may be slightly delayed. Therefore, we advise guests to avoid scheduling their day too tightly. Actual pier availability is beyond the Duckling's control; we apologize for any delays.
  • On rare occasions, the Duckling may have the opportunity to collaborate with merchants to display advertisements on its sails. If the appearance of the sails is affected as a result, we will notify you before the departure date. The sailing will still proceed as scheduled, but if necessary, we can also help you change your boarding date or make other appropriate arrangements.
  • On the return journey, if other vessels are using the pier and causing congestion, the Duckling has the right to choose to change its berthing location, and the crew will notify all passengers, who must disembark at that location.
  • It may be cold when boarding in winter, so please wear appropriate clothing.
  • The raising and lowering of sails is greatly affected by weather conditions.
