If you wish to ski in the Takasu Snow Park area, you can exchange your ticket for a combined ticket at the ski lift ticket office for an additional charge of JPY 500 per adult and at no extra charge for children.
*On Ladies' Day, the tickets are special free tickets and cannot be exchanged into combined tickets.
*Access between the two ski resorts may not be available depending on snow conditions.
When redeeming a Dynaland 1-day ski lift pass, you will be charged an IC card deposit of JPY500.

The tour may be canceled on the day of departure due to road traffic information, snow accumulation, or other unavoidable reasons. In this case, you will be guided back to the meeting point (Nagoya/Hida Takayama). If the tour is canceled at the meeting point (Nagoya/Hida Takayama), transportation costs to the meeting point will not be refunded.
There is a limited number of parking bays at Nagoya Station from which buses can depart. As such, departure may be delayed by 10 to 20 minutes on busy days.
There have been multiple reports of luggage theft, loss, misplacement or mix-up at departure, break and arrival. While staff will load and unload luggage as a service, the operator cannot be held liable for luggage safety. Customers are asked to take responsibility for their own luggage.
If your return time is significantly delayed due to road conditions and you are unable to use trains or other public transport, we will not be able to accept claims for taxi fares, accommodation fees, etc.
Arrival and departure times may be delayed due to road conditions, weather, and other unavoidable circumstances. In the unlikely event that customers require a taxi or overnight accommodation due to a delay in the return trip, KKday cannot be held liable for the costs.
There will be no tour guide on the trip. Please follow the instructions of the bus driver and staff while on the bus.
Since luggage space on the tour bus is limited, items such as large suitcases (when the total measurement of the height, width, and depth is 150 cm or more) or snowscoots cannot be transported. Passengers may store one piece of luggage each in the trunk of the bus.
One snowboard per passenger can be transported free of charge.
Please note: Rentals are not guaranteed. During peak periods such as year-end/New Year, long holidays, weekends, and public holidays, rental processing may take a long time. We recommend that you bring your own equipment if possible. If your desired rental size (board or apparel) is unavailable on the day, this will not be eligible for a refund of the travel fee.
Please note that seatbelts are required as a result of revisions to the Road Traffic Act.
Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Also, please refrain from drinking alcohol, eating, or talking loudly on the bus.
Any decision to cancel an event due to lack of snow will be made up to the day before departure.
