  • Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Service may be canceled on the day of departure due to road traffic information, snow conditions, or other unavoidable reasons. In this case, we will guide you to the meeting place (Nagoya/Hida Takayama). If the tour is canceled at the meeting point (Nagoya/Hida Takayama), transportation costs to the meeting point will not be refunded.

  • There is a limited number of parking bays at Nagoya Station from which buses can depart. As such, departure may be delayed by 10 to 20 minutes on busy days.

  • There have been multiple reports of luggage theft, loss, misplacement or mix-up at departure, break and arrival. While staff will load and unload luggage as a service, the operator cannot be held liable for luggage safety. Customers are asked to take responsibility for their own luggage.

  • Arrival and departure times may be delayed due to road conditions, weather, and other unavoidable circumstances. In the unlikely event that customers require a taxi or overnight accommodation due to a delay in the return trip, KKday cannot be held liable for the costs.

  • There will be no tour guide on the trip. Please follow the instructions of the bus driver and staff while on the bus.
