  1. Yellow Line: 9:30am – 5:15pm (every 25 – 40mins)
  2. Red Line: 9:40am – 5:05pm (every 25 – 40mins)
  3. Time are subject to change due to local traffic conditions

What is the child ticketing policy?

  • Child tickets are available for children aged between 2 and 12 years. All passengers aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

Is the commentary available in my language?

  • Pre-recorded commentary is available on most buses in the following languages: English, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, German, Italian, Bahasa Indonesian, Vietnamese, French & a special children's channel (in English).

  • Open-top buses are wheelchair accessible on the lower deck. Green Route and Safari Lines 1 & 2 are not wheelchair accessible. Passengers with mobility requirements may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses. Big Bus cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.

  • Some bus stops may be bypassed during road closures; signs will be put on buses if this occurs.
