- Taiko is a regular ferry service connecting Hakata and Fukue. The ship’s interior combines refined design with excellent functionality and is fully barrier-free, ensuring a comfortable journey for all passengers. The public spaces are designed to be relaxing so you can spend your time at ease, while the designated cabin areas provide private spaces where you can rest comfortably and with peace of mind.

- The ferry is equipped with barrier-free areas on each deck and elevators for movement, allowing passengers using wheelchairs to board.
- Please note that services may be canceled depending on sea conditions on the day of travel. In such cases, we will contact you using the contact information (phone number) you provided. We will offer a reservation change (rescheduling) or a refund. No handling fees will be charged for changes or refunds.
- The travel time is an estimate and does not guarantee the exact arrival time. Please plan your schedule with sufficient buffer time.

When leaving Hakata Port: Check-in procedures begin at 9:00pm and boarding at 9:45pm. Please complete procedures by 11:00pm.
Tickets can be redeemed at locations other than Hakata Port up to 20 minutes before departure.
Depending on sea conditions on the day of travel, the trip may be canceled; in such cases we will contact you at the phone number you provided. Reservation changes (rescheduling) as well as refunds are available at no charge.
Arrival times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please allow plenty of time in your schedule.
The ship has no restaurant but there are vending machines.
All rooms are non-smoking; two smoking areas are available.
There are free lockers on board for storing valuables such as a wallet or mobile phone.
Luggage can be checked on the ship for JPY290 per piece. Weight can be up to 30 kg; dimensions (length + width + height) up to 200 cm.
Dangerous goods are prohibited.
On the day of boarding, please prepare the voucher displayed on your smartphone or other device and exchange it for the actual ticket at the port.

- The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
