I participated in KKday's Hoi An Signature Tour and was very satisfied. The transfer vehicle was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the ride was smooth, and the trip was on time, so I felt safe and comfortable during the entire trip. The guide was friendly from the start, and his speech was natural and cheerful. He gave an easy-to-understand explanation of Hoi An's history and local life, and the tour proceeded at a relaxed pace, making me feel attentive and comfortable throughout. My experience at the **Coconut Forest (Lung Xa)** was also memorable. Riding a basket boat surrounded by palm trees in the cool atmosphere was very relaxing and a fun experience that allowed me to experience the local atmosphere. The photos were also beautiful. The food was also good, especially the mi quang included in the tour. The local flavor was not too strong, making it easy to eat and very satisfying.

The bus was on time, and we were able to catch the dance event at My Son Temple. The driver was also kind and willing to let us off along the way. He was waiting for us right at the ticket counter, so we didn't get lost. It's a safe and reliable option!

The guide was patience and knowledgeable and make it a point to ensure everyone is present before providing commentary and stories about history, architecture, and local culture of the attractions. All was good except the lunch was not to our liking.
