Very convenient and cheap, good car condition, nice driver, will help with loading and unloading luggage.

It took over an hour to get from the airport to Hoi An, so I don't think it would have been possible to get there for this price even using Grab. Plus, they were waiting for me at the airport (domestic departures) exit with a sign with my name on it, which saved me the time of catching a Grab or other ride-hailing taxi, so it was really convenient. I'm so glad I used this transfer service.

[Itinerary] March 22nd - March 25th. Departure from Narita at 9:00 AM, return from Da Nang at 0:30 AM. Direct flight. I used this service for both entry and exit, traveling alone as a woman. The reason I used it was because I had previously experienced considerable delays at immigration and customs at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. (I didn't know about this system, so it was frustrating and mentally exhausting.) On my previous trip to Da Nang, I went via Ho Chi Minh Airport on the way there and had a layover in Hong Kong on the way back, and since it was during the daytime, there was no congestion. So, I thought that this time, since my return flight was late, it would also be empty, but a YouTuber using the same flight posted about how crowded it was, so I looked into it and found that around 0:30 AM is a time when many other flights are concentrated. I was also worried about immigration, so I applied for that as well, but in both cases, I was guided to an empty line, bypassing the very long lines, and passed through in an instant, so I'm really glad I used it. Upon arrival, I went to the VIP line with two other passengers. I waited about 10 minutes for my luggage to come out, but it was still faster than the general line, and those without checked baggage could leave immediately. We were told to meet after completing individual check-in procedures for departure, and although I checked in earlier than the meeting time, I was immediately guided to the VIP lane. (The meeting time was 22:30, but I actually completed check-in at 21:52 → headed to the nearby meeting place → was immediately guided to the VIP lane by 21:55 → passed through security and was inside by 22:00) The staff were kind and friendly. We were able to use LINE for communication beforehand, so I think it's easy to contact them even as a Japanese person. (The ID is on the voucher) Even if you don't understand English or Vietnamese, you can use translation functions like Google Translate, so there's no problem. Prices vary depending on the company, but I think the process of meeting up and being guided to the entrance is the same, so this highly-rated and inexpensive option is perfectly fine. Depending on the time of year and timing, you might have to wait a little, but I can't go back to those long lines, and I will use this service again next time!
