The processing speed was extremely fast, and the requirements were met. I was initially worried I wouldn't get the visa because I applied at the last minute, but they helped me get it very quickly, which was impressive. I will definitely buy from them again if needed in the future.

The tour guide was great, but the food on the boat was cleared away very quickly. I was taking photos, and by the time I returned, the food had all been taken away, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, the day trip was fantastic.

I arrived at Hanoi's Noi Bai Airport at 1:10 PM on Thursday. The staff were in an easy-to-find location, and they had my name displayed on a tablet, so I was able to meet them right away. After having my photo taken for identity verification, they guided me to the priority immigration lane. There were about eight people ahead of me in line, but I finished immigration just 13 minutes after joining the queue. I think it would have taken 30-40 minutes in the regular lane. I would like to use this service again next time.

The train is very tall, and the doors aren't very big, so I suggest not bringing large luggage! If possible, you can store large luggage at the station or a hotel in Hanoi. On the day I arrived at Hanoi station with my small luggage, I wanted to store it first and then go sightseeing. As soon as I got off the train, a woman in a blue shirt ran up to me and asked if I needed to store my luggage. I said yes, and she led me to a luggage room on the right, then asked for 100k VND. I immediately contacted the sleeper train's customer service via WhatsApp, and they told me to just go to the second floor where I could store my luggage. So I quickly went to the second floor and successfully stored my luggage. The toilets and rooms on the train were very clean. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The car was in excellent condition, the driver was very friendly and punctual, providing point-to-point pick-up and drop-off services.

I used this airline for a late-night flight. It was crowded, so I had to wait about 30 minutes, but they secured seats for my family of four, which was comfortable. The shower was mostly cold, which made me feel chilly, but the hot pho and other meals warmed me up.

The staff were very friendly. When our group of five entered the immigration hall, the staff immediately recognized us and called out our English names from our passports, allowing us to quickly clear the immigration process. We were very grateful.
