Refund method:
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method, and necessary bank or payment platform processing fees (5%-10%) will be deducted.
4. Course Arrangements
Course time includes breaks and equipment rental time. Full-day courses include a 1-hour lunch break. Course fees do not include lift passes, gondola tickets, or ski equipment; students must provide their own. Students must arrive at the meeting point at the designated time and complete dressing and lift pass purchases. The school is not responsible for any course delays caused by failure to have a valid lift pass or late arrival.
5. Children's Courses
The minimum age for Skiing is 4 years old, and for Snowboard is 5 years old. For children under 7, one-on-one instruction is recommended. The school reserves the right to adjust arrangements based on the child's condition. Guardians must provide emergency contact information. If a child has health issues or special needs, please inform us in advance when booking. The school reserves the right to refuse participation if prior notice was not provided and safe participation cannot be ensured, and no refund will be given. Guardians must ensure children have valid lift passes; otherwise, no refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for missed course time. Guardians agree that there are inherent risks in children participating in ski courses and assume related responsibilities. The school and instructors will do their best to ensure safety but are not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by the inherent risks of skiing.
6. Safety and Health
Skiing involves risks that may lead to injury or accidents. Students must wear appropriate equipment and safety gear and follow relevant safety requirements and instructions. The school and instructors are not responsible for accidents caused by students leaving the group or violating regulations. Students must purchase their own valid insurance covering ski-related risks (including injury, illness, lost luggage, and cancellation). The school and instructors are not responsible for any accidents, incidents, injuries, or personal property loss caused by the inherent risks of skiing. Students should ensure they are physically fit for skiing before booking. If a student is pregnant or has other health issues, they must inform the school when booking or before the course starts; the school is not responsible for any risks or consequences resulting from a failure to provide such notice.
7. Portrait Rights and Image Usage
During the course, the school and its instructors may take photos or videos of students as learning records, which may be used for the school's promotional or educational purposes (e.g., website, social media, presentations, or printed materials) to share highlights of the course. If a student does not wish for their photos or videos to be used, simply inform us in writing or via email before the course begins, and the school and its instructors will fully respect and comply with their wishes.
8. Force Majeure
The school is not responsible for course cancellations or changes caused by weather, traffic, natural disasters, government regulations, resort operations, or other force majeure events. Refund or rescheduling arrangements will be handled according to these terms.
