👉 If you wish to use an alternative tee time, please confirm within 10 minutes. (As this is a real-time booking system, we may not be able to secure the reservation if you reply after 10 minutes.)
👉 Once you confirm an alternative tee time, the final booking will be made, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter. (If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be canceled without any cancellation fees.)

● The minimum number of people required for a booking is 2.
● For 2-person rounds, you may be joined by other groups. We cannot guarantee a private 2-person game.
● Please enter the English names of all participants as they appear on their passports when booking.
● After booking, tee time confirmation and customer support will be provided in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for other nationalities).
● The tee times provided are based on real-time availability. You must confirm your booking within 10 minutes to finalize the reservation.
● Please check in at the golf course 30 minutes before your tee time. Please present the passports of all participants upon check-in.
● Please write your name in English on your golf bag name tag before departure.
● The golf course used may change depending on local conditions on the day of use.
● Due to golf course operating policies or local conditions, your booked tee time may be changed, moved earlier, or delayed without prior notice (tee-off times may be delayed, especially during the peak winter season for golf courses in Southeast Asia). Refunds and cancellations due to these changes are not permitted.
● Refunds and rescheduling are not available if you are unable to play due to personal reasons.
[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
Business days for cancellation and refund processing: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed based on the next business day for cancellation fee application.
We act as an intermediary for golf booking services, and the golf service provider is responsible for the golf experience itself.
[Information Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters]
Golf courses generally continue to operate even when it rains.
In most cases, squalls are temporary, and play resumes after taking shelter. Therefore, unlike in Korea, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not permitted.
Please ensure you arrive at the course and follow the specific operating policies of the golf course (e.g., rain vouchers).
