Once the QR code is scanned and the order is downloaded, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
eSIM installation requires an Internet connection. Please install it while connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network (some airport Wi-Fi may cause installation failure).
Each QR code can be scanned once. The same device can scan it repeatedly. Once bound, the eSIM cannot be transferred to another device or deleted.
Please scan and install the eSIM only after arriving at your destination to avoid starting the validity period early.
iOS 12.1 or higher is required. Please note that iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS feature eSIM functionality.
Samsung phone compatibility varies by region. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For other regions, please check with the official Samsung website first.
Please be aware that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather conditions.
In accordance with international fair usage policies, it is recommended to disable Facebook video auto-play, app auto-updates, and auto-sync features to avoid excessive data consumption. Please be aware that no refunds or compensation will be provided if Internet speed slows down or becomes unavailable due to prolonged streaming of online TV, videos, downloading large files, or playing online games.
After placing your order, you will receive an email titled 'Your eSIM is ready' with instructions on the latest installation time and method.
