Ticket Information
✅ Free Ticket: Infants under 4 years old can enter for free and do not need a ticket.
✅ Student Ticket: Children aged 4-17 and students aged 18 and above can purchase a student ticket. A valid student ID must be presented for entry.
✅ Adult Ticket: Visitors aged 18 and above must purchase an adult ticket (unless eligible for a student ticket with a valid student ID).
Visitor Guidelines
1. All children aged 12 and under (including those with free tickets) must be accompanied by a ticketed guardian at all times. Each guardian may only accompany one child with a free ticket. Entry is verified via ID or QR code.
2. Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the exhibition area. Photography is allowed, but flash is prohibited. Please keep your mobile phone on silent mode.
3. This exhibition features intense light and sound effects. It is not recommended for pregnant women, seniors aged 70 and above, or individuals with epilepsy, high blood pressure, or heart conditions.
4. Wands are not provided for children under 4 years old. Children aged 4-12 must be supervised by a guardian while using a wand. There are no restrooms in the exhibition area, and re-entry is not permitted after leaving. Please plan your visit accordingly.
5. Bringing food, drinks, selfie sticks, tripods, flammable or sharp objects, and pets into the exhibition is prohibited.
