- This eSIM data roaming service is provided by China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited.
- Daily high-speed plan: Designated high-speed data resets daily, with unlimited data thereafter.
- Dual-network support: Viettel / Vietnamobile. It connects automatically by default, and you can manually switch to the other network in your device settings.
- Network standard: Supports local 5G / 4G networks (5G requires a 5G-enabled phone and local network availability).

- Coverage: Vietnam
- Network Speed: High-speed internet with a specified daily allowance, followed by unlimited data at a reduced speed of 512kbps. The company reserves the right to further throttle speeds to 128kbps based on fair usage principles.
- Day Calculation: Service duration begins upon successful activation at the destination, with one day defined as 24 hours.
- Calls/SMS: Data-only SIM, does not include voice calls or SMS (supports internet calls via WhatsApp / LINE, etc.). Not suitable for receiving SMS verification codes (OTP) from banks or ticketing platforms; please ensure you have alternative methods for receiving verification codes before departure.
- Hotspot Sharing: Supports network sharing to other devices for reasonable personal use.
- Top-up/Add-on: This product does not support top-ups or add-ons. If you need more data or days, please purchase a new eSIM.
- Service Expiry: Data access stops immediately after the service period ends. Unused data will expire simultaneously and is non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable.
- Activation Deadline: Must be activated within 90 days from the date the eSIM QR code is issued; the exact deadline is subject to the notification sent after purchase. Must be scanned and activated by the specified date; failure to activate by the deadline will result in automatic expiration, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.
Purchase Notice
- The device must be connected to a valid Wi-Fi or mobile network when installing the eSIM.
- Please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before scanning the QR code.
- If you install the eSIM in a region not covered by the plan (e.g., installing before departure), your phone may display 'No Service', which is normal. Once successfully installed, the plan will automatically connect to the network upon arrival.
- Please enable 'Data Roaming' after arriving at your destination. If there is no signal, try toggling 'Airplane Mode' to search for a signal again; if the product supports dual networks, you can also try manually selecting the other network in your device settings.
- Each QR code can only be scanned and installed once on one device. Once installed, it is bound to that device and cannot be transferred or changed. Please confirm your device is correct before scanning to install.
- Do not share the QR code or installation link with others. Repeated or cross-device scanning, deleting the eSIM yourself, or using built-in eSIM transfer features (e.g., iPhone 'Quick Transfer') will invalidate the eSIM and it will not be reissued.
- This product is subject to a 'Fair Usage Policy'. During unlimited data periods, network resources are allocated based on actual conditions, and speeds may be adjusted according to network congestion.
- Actual network speeds are affected by other factors (e.g., location, time of use, number of users, device, etc.).
- Network service issues can be caused by many factors. If you encounter problems, please contact us during the service period for assistance. If a complaint is made only after returning to the departure location without any record of contacting us during the service period, it may not be accepted as it cannot be verified (unless system records confirm a distribution error).
- Once sold, this service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except for cases confirmed by customer service as system distribution errors, including 'device incompatibility/locked', 'installation without a stable network', 'repeated/cross-device scanning', or 'failure to activate before expiry'.
- If the user deletes the eSIM plan themselves before it is used up, or deletes it without confirmation from customer service, the company will not reissue or refund.
