- 09:20【Alishan Forest Railway Formosensis Odyssey Experience (Departing from Beimen Station)】 Ride the brand-new Formosensis Odyssey train on the century-old forest railway for a unique forest journey.
- Carriage Introduction: The train features two types of seating: private box seats and observation seats. The observation seats can be rotated to your preferred angle to enjoy the scenery outside. The Formosensis Odyssey uses a wireless tour guide system, allowing guests to hear the guide's commentary at any time, capturing fleeting views outside without external noise interference. Onboard Service: Professional guides provide commentary throughout the journey, with complimentary onboard meals and service staff available.
- 10:47【Zhangnaoliao Station (Guided Stop)】 Named after the camphor trees and camphor oil once produced here, Zhangnaoliao is one of the switchback stations on the Alishan Forest Railway. The tracks form an 'X' shape, allowing the train to climb in a spiral pattern.
- 11:51【Liyuanliao Station (Guided Stop)】 Famous for its 'Firefly River' railway, local ecology, and secret unmanned station (Photo op: Tunnel entrance + tracks).
- 12:48【Fenqihu Station (Lunch on your own)】 Fenqihu is a midway station on the Alishan Forest Railway, at an altitude of about 1400 meters. It is Taiwan's highest old street. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, it resembles a winnowing basket ('Fenji' in local dialect), hence the name. Fenqihu is a stop between Chiayi and Alishan, filled with nostalgic stories, old streets, bento boxes, and railway history. The trails to the north and south offer great views and walks through cedar forests, creating a rustic atmosphere that makes visitors want to linger! Later, transfer to the 14:30 shuttle bus to descend the mountain.
- 15:10【Eryanping Trail】 The Eryanping Trail offers the 'Three Treasures of Xiding': tea garden trails, cloud waterfalls/seas of clouds, and the Eryanping sunset. The entrance has an observation deck with excellent views. Along the way, you will see bamboo forests, unique rocks, and tea gardens. You can overlook the Jianan Plain, Renyitan, and Lantan Reservoirs. On clear days, you can see the ports of Dongshi and Budai, and look east toward the Yushan mountain range. In winter, you may see cloud waterfalls and seas of clouds.
- 17:30【THSR Chiayi Station】 Arrive at THSR Chiayi Station, end of the tour, and take the THSR back to the departure station.

- Changes to the date, number of travelers, ticket type, or room type are not permitted after booking. Please double-check all details, including the number of passengers and ticket specifications, before confirming your order. Thank you for your understanding.
- THSR seats are assigned automatically by the system. We cannot guarantee consecutive seats, nor can we accommodate requests for specific seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks section; however, final seat assignments are subject to the system's allocation.
- If you need to change your train schedule, please contact KKday customer service at least 8 days before the departure date. Changes are limited to one time only. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of the departure date.
- THSR bookings open 29 days before the departure date. You may place an order 29 days in advance, but we cannot guarantee that a THSR seat will be secured.
- Since THSR tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, bookings can be made up to the following Sunday. If your requested travel date exceeds the booking window, our order processing team will prioritize booking your requested train once the window opens. Final confirmation depends on the availability obtained by our team.
- Due to differences in regional and supplier systems, please submit any special requests at the time of booking. We will forward these to the supplier, but fulfillment depends on their operational status. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies by itinerary. Any additional charges required on-site are subject to the service provider's policies.
- The 'Child without Bed' option includes only insurance and administrative fees. If a THSR ticket is required, please select it when choosing the number of tickets. Any other incidental expenses must be paid on-site.
- Child without Bed: This means the child does not occupy a separate bed. If you choose to have 2 children share one bed, please select 1 child and 1 child without a bed. A maximum of 2 children without beds is allowed (please refer to the specific product's child definition for any additional restrictions). Children without beds do not include hotel meals, facility usage, or amenities.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the booking is confirmed. The order is only successful once our processing team confirms it and issues a voucher. Please do not place an order if you have any concerns.

Before booking this product, please be sure to read the booking instructions and related agreements. If the person booking is not the passenger, the booker acts as an agent and is obligated to fully inform the passenger of the itinerary. Once you click to agree, the booking instructions and restrictions are legally binding for the passenger, and no defense of ignorance or lack of understanding will be accepted later.
This tour requires a minimum of 20 participants. We reserve the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not met.
The tour leader may adjust the order of the itinerary based on factors such as the number of participants on the day, local festivals, or weather conditions.
If you purchase a 'Concession Ticket/Senior Ticket', please be sure to carry valid identification on the day of departure for THSR staff verification. If you fail to present valid ID or if there are discrepancies, THSR reserves the right to refuse boarding. You will be required to purchase a new ticket to board, and the original THSR Holiday ticket will not be eligible for refunds.
Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao stations cannot be used as both the departure and arrival stations (e.g., if the arrival station is Taipei, you cannot depart from Nangang or Banqiao).
The price includes one round-trip standard car reserved seat ticket. The travel date must be the same as the hotel check-in or tour departure date. A single order is limited to the same departure and arrival stations, and passengers must travel on the same train.
The THSR tickets in this project are discounted tickets, valid only for the specified date and train. They are non-transferable and will not be reissued if lost, so please keep them safe. Any tickets that are altered, defaced, or photocopied will be considered invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel's policies. The number of rooms available at the promotional price is limited; actual availability depends on sales status, and room types cannot be changed.
For bookings departing 29 days or more in advance, please fill in 2-3 preferred THSR train times for both departure and return in the 'Order Remarks'. The actual train times confirmed will be subject to the response from customer service.

How to Use

- Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the high-speed rail station.
- High-speed rail reservations are only open for dates within 29 days of your travel date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, your reservation will be made and sent out after the reservation period opens.
- Each passenger in the same order is limited to boarding/alighting at the same station; they cannot board/alight at different stations.
- High Speed Rail (HSR) holiday tickets are special packages with specific rules regarding the origin and destination stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei Station and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given for getting off midway, and if you miss your stop, you will need to pay the difference according to the official HSR fare announcement.
- The high-speed rail tickets for this project are discounted tickets and are only valid for designated trains on the same day.
- Please present this voucher upon check-in at the Alishan Xuyue Express, National Palace Museum Southern Branch, and Fullon Voco 2-Day Deluxe Tour.
- Important Notes Regarding High-Speed Rail Cancellation During Holidays -
- According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, no refunds may be made for any single leg of the journey.
- All ticket refunds must be processed through KKday; ticket windows at all high-speed rail stations cannot process refunds or exchanges.
- Note: According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, if multiple people book the same order at the same time, and need to refund or exchange tickets, they must all apply for refunds or exchanges together. Individual refunds or exchanges cannot be processed, and all refund, exchange, and ticket change fees will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- High-speed rail holiday cancellation policy -
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact KKday customer service first.
- Due to administrative processing time, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation applications will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Applications submitted after this time will be considered as applications submitted one day later.
- If a guaranteed departure date for the tour has been confirmed, cancellations will be handled in accordance with standard domestic travel contracts, as explained below:
1. For cancellations made more than 41 days prior to the start of the tour, a 5% fee will be charged on the tour price.
2. For cancellations made between 31 and 40 days prior to the start of the tour, a 10% fee will be charged.
3. For cancellations made between 21 and 30 days prior to the start of the tour, a 20% fee will be charged.
4. For cancellations made between 2 and 20 days prior to the start of the tour, a 30% fee will be charged.
5. For cancellations made one day before the start of the tour, 50% of the tour fee will be charged.
6. For cancellations made on or after the start of the tour, or for those who do not participate without prior notice, 100% of the tour fee will be charged. - If a physical high-speed rail ticket has already been issued, an additional cancellation fee of 20 yuan per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets are counted as 2 tickets).

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
