Spooky Halloween, Hong Kong's first-ever Halloween music carnival, makes a spectacular return! Spanning over 130,000 sq ft, this year's event is bigger and better than ever. International contemporary artist Matt Gondek joins as Art Director, alongside iconic IPs, trendy brand collaborations, themed game booths and signature food and drinks.

Visual spectacle by Matt Gondek: The international contemporary artist personally designs the visuals for the entire venue, creating exclusive inflatable art installations in his signature deconstructed style.

Giant IPs land on the Wan Chai Harbourfront: A 9-metre-tall Colossal Titan (Attack on Titan) and the 4-metre-tall King of the Monsters, Godzilla, burst onto the scene as Hong Kong's ultimate photo spot!

An upgraded, immersive "Night Parade of a Hundred Demons" street-horror maze by streetwear brand CLOT, blending street aesthetics with Eastern horror elements.

Giant Halloween-themed inflatable slides and pumpkin-shaped bouncy castles

The organiser reserves the right to adjust or replace the performer line-up, or change the event content or schedule at any time due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In case of any dispute, the organiser's decision shall be final and binding.

— Age Restrictions & Zone Admission Rules —

【 Carnival Zone 】

Concession Ticket: Valid for persons aged 17 or below only.

Child Accompaniment: Children aged 14 or below must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 or above at all times.

Guidance for Young Children: The venue features high-decibel sound effects, strobe lighting, horror-themed experiences and large crowds, which may cause distress or physical discomfort to young children. This event is not recommended for children aged 6 or below. If a parent or guardian still chooses to bring them after assessment, they shall bear all related safety risks and take full responsibility for their care. The organiser and venue shall not be liable for any fright or physical discomfort caused by the above environmental factors.

*Proof of Identity: The organiser reserves the right to request the original of a valid identity document to verify age.

【 Ticketing Rules & Admission Notes 】

One Ticket Per Person: Each attendee must present their own ticket for admission. Each e-ticket is valid for a single entry on the specified date during operating hours only. Re-entry is not permitted.

Ticket Safekeeping: Please keep your e-ticket safe. Tickets that are lost, damaged, altered, copied or scanned more than once will be deemed invalid, and the organiser will not reissue them.

Refund & Exchange Policy: All tickets sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Please check the date and personal details carefully before purchase. The organiser is not responsible for any errors made by the purchaser during the booking process.

Anti-Fraud & Unofficial Resale: Please purchase tickets only through authorised official ticketing platforms. Any illegal resale or attempted resale of tickets (including but not limited to resale at a premium) is prohibited. If discovered, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the ticket's admission without any refund or compensation. The organiser and ticketing platform shall not be responsible for any denial of entry resulting from tickets purchased through unauthorised channels.

【 Bag Size Limits, Prohibited Items & Prohibited Conduct 】

To maintain safety and order, all attendees must undergo a security check before entry. The following items and conduct are strictly prohibited at the venue:

Light-Up Items & Laser Devices: Glow sticks, light-up wristbands/wands, flashing headwear, any light-emitting devices and laser pointers are strictly prohibited.

Face Costume Restrictions: For safety and identity verification, anyone wearing special-effects makeup, full-face paint (e.g. clown or monster looks), masks or anything covering the face will not be admitted.

Personal Belongings: Each attendee may bring only one bag, not exceeding 29.7 cm x 42 cm x 20 cm (approx. A3 paper size). Large items are not allowed in the venue.

Food & Drink: Outside food, beverages (including water and alcoholic drinks) and glass containers are strictly prohibited.

Photography Equipment & Devices: Video cameras, selfie sticks and drones are prohibited without permission.

Daily & Leisure Items: Umbrellas, folding chairs/foldable seats, aerosol sprays, as well as bicycles, skateboards and scooters are prohibited.

Promotional Materials & Signage: Banners, flags and flagpoles are prohibited. Any commercial activity involving the sale or distribution of items is strictly prohibited without permission.

Dangerous & Controlled Items: Weapons, fireworks, lighters, and the possession or use of drugs are strictly prohibited.

Pets: No pets are allowed (except guide dogs).

Venue Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue.

【 On-Site Order & Safety Rules 】

No Throwing of Objects: Throwing any objects at the stage, performers, staff or other attendees is strictly prohibited. Anyone violating this rule will be removed immediately without any refund or compensation, and the organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action.

All attendees must comply with venue rules and on-site staff instructions. The organiser has the right to refuse entry to, or require the immediate departure of, anyone who endangers on-site safety, disrupts order, damages property or conducts unauthorised commercial/promotional activities, without refund.

【 Alcohol Policy 】

Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed by persons aged 18 or above. Sales staff have the right to request valid proof of identity from purchasers.

Bringing any outside alcoholic beverages into the venue is strictly prohibited.

The organiser has the right to immediately remove anyone who is intoxicated, loses control of their behaviour or disrupts order due to excessive drinking, without refund.

【 Portrait Rights Authorisation 】

By entering the venue, attendees agree to authorise the organiser and its designated media to take photographs and make audio and video recordings during the event.

The organiser has the right to use materials containing attendees' likeness or voice free of charge for live broadcasts, social media promotion and future event publicity, without further notice or payment.

【 Severe Weather & Force Majeure Arrangements 】

In the event of severe weather (such as Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal) or other force majeure, the organiser reserves the right to adjust the event time, content or line-up, or to suspend the event.
