After your booking request is received, we will check real-time tee time availability to finalize your reservation, which will proceed as follows:

👉 The final booking will be made with the golf course, and the following cancellation fees will apply according to the golf course's regulations. (Please refer to this when booking.)
🔵 If the selected golf tee time is unavailable
👉 We will provide alternative available tee times via email, text message, or notification apps.
👉 If you wish to use the suggested alternative tee time, please provide confirmation within 10 minutes. (As this is a real-time booking system, responses after 10 minutes may result in the booking being unavailable.)
👉 Once you confirm the alternative tee time, the final booking will be processed, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter. (If you do not wish to use the alternative, please request a cancellation. It will be cancelled without any fees.)

● The minimum number of people for a booking is 2. On weekends and public holidays, the minimum is 3 people; bookings for 2 or fewer people will not be accepted.

● After booking, tee time confirmation and customer service will be provided in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for other nationalities).
● The tee times provided are based on real-time availability. You must confirm your booking within 10 minutes to finalize the reservation.
● Please check in at the golf course 30 minutes before your tee time. Please present the passports of all members in your party upon check-in.
● Please write your name in English on your golf bag name tag before departure.
● For 2-person rounds, you may be joined by another team; a private 2-person round cannot be guaranteed.
● The golf course used may be subject to change depending on local conditions on the day of play.
● Due to golf course operating policies or local circumstances, booked tee times may be changed, moved earlier, or delayed without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to these changes are not permitted.
● If you are unable to play due to personal reasons, refunds or rescheduling are not available.

Business days for cancellation and refund processing: Monday to Friday 09:00~18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed based on the next business day for cancellation fee application.

[Information Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters]
Golf courses generally continue operations even when it rains.
In most cases, squalls are temporary, and play continues after waiting out the rain. Therefore, unlike in Korea, advance cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not available.
Please ensure you arrive at the course and follow the specific operating policies of the golf course (e.g., rain vouchers, etc.).
Additional Fees
Additional costs for 4-person cart usage if 2 or 3-person bookings cannot be joined locally.

An additional fee of 1,100 JPY per person applies for fairway cart access.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 5 day(s) before the departure date
