Hita Illuminage Admission Ticket (Oita Prefecture, Illumination)

This is an outdoor illumination event. As winter nights can be cold, we recommend wearing warm clothing and comfortable walking shoes.

Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. The venue is mostly flat, but please be aware that there are some gravel paths.

Photography and video recording are permitted (for personal use only). When using a tripod or monopod, please be considerate of other guests. If you wish to film for commercial purposes, please contact us in advance.

There are kiosks within the venue selling snacks and drinks. Please enjoy them along with the illuminations.

This cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, vouchers, or discounts.

Tickets cannot be reissued for any reason, including loss, theft, damage, or defacement. Please be careful not to swipe the ticket before admission on the day of your visit.

If a purchased ticket is resold, it will become invalid and admission will be denied on the day. Please note that no refunds will be given for tickets denied entry is refused for.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable for any reason.

Some facilities or event areas may be closed depending on the season.

The event may be cancelled in case of severe weather. In such cases, we cannot compensate for travel expenses or other costs to the venue.

Re-entry is not permitted. Additionally, no refunds will be provided after admission.

Please cooperate by smoking only within the designated smoking areas.

We are not responsible for any vehicle contact or disputes that may occur between customers.

Please note that you will be held liable for any property damage caused to your vehicle.
