- 11:15Arrive at the private Hermes Premium Cruises lounge at Lot 20, Tuan Chau Marina, Ha Long. Enjoy a welcome drink and complete a quick check in before boarding.
- 12:00Take the transfer boat to Hermes Premium Cruises. Welcome aboard and enjoy a welcome drink while the Cruise Manager introduces the itinerary, onboard activities, and safety regulations. The cruise then begins its journey through Ha Long Bay.
- 12:30Enjoy lunch featuring distinctive Vietnamese flavors while relaxing away from the crowds of more familiar tourist destinations.

- 06:45Enjoy a light breakfast on board to energize yourself for the day. You can enjoy both traditional Vietnamese dishes like "Pho Bo," "Pho Ga,"... and light European-style snacks along with coffee and fresh milk.
- 06:45Explore Titov Island (climbing the mountain to the summit via 424 steps), or you can choose to enjoy a swim at the beach with its long stretches of white sand and clear, cool waters. Other activities include relaxing on sun loungers and enjoying a refreshing coconut or playing beach volleyball.
- 08:45Return to Hermes Premium Cruises for a quick rest and prepare to pack your luggage before checking out with the onboard crew.
- 09:30Please check out and leave your luggage in front of your room door; the crew will help you transfer your luggage to land after the trip is over.
- 09:45Enjoy a buffet brunch while the cruise ship sails to Tuan Chau Pier. Payments will be processed after the meal at the restaurant by staff.
- 10:30Disembark at Tuan Chau Pier. Guests can relax in the Hermes Premium Cruises waiting area, and a shuttle bus will pick you up at the waiting area around 11:20.
- 11:20Return to Ha Noi. End of the trip.

For guests booking the private transfer, pickup from Hanoi Old Quarter hotels is between 07:45 and 08:20, with a roughly 20-minute rest stop around 09:30.
Check-in at the Hermes Premium Cruises lounge at Tuan Chau Marina must be completed by 11:15–11:30 AM to board the 12:00 PM transfer boat; arriving late may mean the vessel departs without waiting.
Transportation between Hanoi and Ha Long is not included as default in the tour and must be booked separately; the operator will contact guests one day before the check-in date to confirm pickup time.
