Regarding tour cancellation:
- Please note that the tour may be cancelled by us due to severe weather or other conditions on the day of the tour. Be sure to check the 'Today's Operation Status' section on the official Nagannu Island website on the morning of your scheduled visit. This is updated at 8:00 AM. No cancellation fees will be charged in such cases. For operation status inquiries after 8:00 AM, please call (098-860-5860)
Important notes for participation:
- ● Pregnant individuals and those who have difficulty walking on their own are not eligible to participate. ● Bringing your own food and drinks is prohibited; please purchase them at the restaurant on the island. ● Pets are not allowed as they may negatively impact the island's ecosystem.

Regarding clothing and belongings: Please bring a swimsuit, a change of clothes, and a bath towel.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
