2-Day New York Round-Trip | Niagara Falls Night Tour + Watkins Glen + Finger Lakes + Maid of the Mist

1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted. For safety reasons, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the trip to participate.

2. Please ensure all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete, including names, gender, valid contact information (mobile phone preferred for urgent notifications), and correct flight or meeting point details to avoid booking errors that may affect your travel. Any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you will be at your own expense.

3. Hotels offer various room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. Each room can legally accommodate 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. Per hotel requirements, each group must carry at least one credit or debit card usable at the destination to cover security deposits and check-in procedures according to specific hotel policies. If there are no personal charges, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out. While the number of rooms is guaranteed, specific room types and locations are not. Hotel check-in time is typically after 15:00.

4. Tour participants must purchase tickets from the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using a City Pass is not permitted. Attraction ticket prices and meal costs on the tour may change based on temporary official notices; prices announced by the attraction on the day will prevail.

5. The itinerary sequence may be adjusted for operational convenience to ensure the tour proceeds smoothly, but no included items will be omitted.

6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the sequence of attractions, duration of stays, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the itinerary proceeds smoothly.

7. In the event of temporary attraction closures or closures due to holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.), the guide may adjust the visit to an exterior view or replace it with another attraction to ensure the richness of the itinerary. Opening hours and capacity controls for attractions and national parks may change due to the pandemic; please understand that such impacts are considered force majeure.

8. Children under eight years old must use a safety seat. Rental services are available at USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking so we can prepare in advance. Any fines resulting from failure to notify us in advance will be borne by the guest. If a bus is arranged on the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded.

9. Many attractions on the itinerary require participants to be in basic good health. Disabled persons or those with limited mobility should contact us before booking to obtain relevant policy information. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or appropriate seating.

10. A transportation surcharge of USD$5/person/day applies to bus tours and will be collected by the tour guide during the trip.

Special Notes:

1) No fuel surcharge is charged on days with only airport pick-up/drop-off and no other bus tour activities.

2) No fuel surcharge is charged on days without bus service, such as when guests use park shuttles for theme parks in Florida-related products, or on train tour days with no guide or bus service.

3) For US-Canada cross-border products (e.g., US-Canada East series, Vancouver-Seattle series), fuel surcharges are collected based on the location of the actual itinerary: USD $5/person/day for days in the US, and CAD $5/person/day for days in Canada.

11. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the tour guide. If you are more than ten minutes late, the bus will depart without waiting. We strive to provide punctual service, but we cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pick-up/drop-off points due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any itinerary delays or resulting inconveniences, nor for any additional costs incurred for flights, trains, buses, or other travel expenses.

12. For operational convenience, guests may be transferred to another vehicle during the trip, and different guides or drivers may be assigned.

13. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify us in advance and obtain the guide's consent. You will be required to sign a departure agreement. The unfinished portion will be considered as a voluntary withdrawal, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
