◎ Unless otherwise specified in the itinerary or requested by the passenger, the room types provided are standard rooms at each hotel.

◎ Special requests such as one large bed or two small beds, high or low floors, non-corner rooms, or connecting rooms are subject to availability at the time of check-in at the hotel, provided there is no room upgrade or increase in price. Thank you for your understanding.

◎ Hotels generally provide basic room types (double room). If a passenger requests an extra bed, it will be a folding bed (cot). Due to fire safety regulations in the US and Canada, adding beds to rooms is legally prohibited. If a passenger requires a triple or Quadruple Room, it must be quoted separately and is subject to availability upon booking.

※Note: Some hotels do not provide extra bed services and do not have triple or Quadruple Room types. If you have such needs, please confirm with your sales representative in advance.

◎ If your final room assignment is 1 adult + 1 child (or infant), in order to maintain the accommodation quality and rights of other passengers, we do not accept requests for children without a bed. If the other passenger is an infant (under 2 years old), a fee of CAD $350 per person plus 5% GST is required.

◎ To promote environmental protection, hotels in the US and Canada no longer provide toiletries. We recommend that you bring your own personal toiletries and electrical appliances.

◎ Meals and restaurants used by the group are generally based on the itinerary. Therefore, for those with special dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian), dishes may be simpler and fewer than standard meals. We suggest that passengers bring vegetarian instant noodles or canned food for emergencies.

2. 30 to 45 days before departure (inclusive): 50% of the total cost will be charged;

3. 8 to 29 days before departure (inclusive): 75% of the total cost will be charged;

4. Within 7 days before departure (inclusive): The full amount will be charged.
