We booked a day trip by private car from Vancouver Airport to Whistler. The service was excellent; someone contacted us and arranged a driver many days in advance, which made us feel at ease. Our driver, Ian, was a very steady and attentive driver, and his tours were also very interesting. Near the end of the trip, Ian had some personal issues, and he did his best to help, which was very kind and I'm very grateful for. The customer service consultants were also very responsive and helpful.
