- This is a 5-hour rental plan for the stylish and cute VOTANI electric-assist bicycle. It is a mini-velo type with small tires that is easy for women and cycling beginners to ride, yet the assist is so powerful it will surely bring a smile to your face. Our shop has staff on-site who can speak English and Chinese (Cantonese is also OK) in addition to Japanese. International guests are welcome to use our services with ease.

- Our rental bicycles are not only stylish but also designed for a comfortable, upright riding position rather than the forward-leaning posture of sports bikes, making them easy for first-time cyclists. They come with saddle cushions to help prevent discomfort. You can travel up to 70km on a single assist charge.

- We will be happy to provide you with detailed information on wonderful spots you can reach from around Inae Station!

Regarding tour cancellation:
- The tour may be cancelled if it is deemed unsafe to operate due to poor weather (heavy rain, typhoons, or other natural disasters). In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged, but we cannot compensate for any transportation expenses incurred.

- We provide free luggage storage for those using our rental bicycles.

- This is our original cycling map. It includes day-trip courses for Hikone Castle, Toyosato, Koto Sanzan, Higashiomi, and Omihachiman, as well as multi-day courses for the Old Nakasendo, Ninja, and BIWAICHI (Lake Biwa loop), along with Japanese cycling traffic rules.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
