Regarding tour cancellations:
- If marine activity cancellation criteria are met, we may contact you to cancel the tour.
Notes for participation:
- ・The ocean always has some waves. Some people may experience seasickness while swimming. If you are prone to motion sickness or are at all concerned, we recommend taking motion sickness medication. *If the weather is poor on the day of the tour, it will be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation criteria. (e.g., if we determine it is impossible to start the tour safely due to lightning, high waves, etc.) *Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses if the tour is cancelled after you have arrived at the meeting point.
Other special notes:
- *Unless the tour is cancelled due to meeting cancellation criteria or if it cannot be held after checking actual ocean conditions, cancellation fees will apply if you choose to cancel the tour yourself. Example: Light rain, cloudy weather, etc. *Due to ocean conditions, weather, etc., we will guide you to a location with better sea conditions for safety reasons. Cancellation fees will also apply if you request to cancel due to a change in the tour location. Refunds will not be provided.

Reminders
Ages of participation: 6 to 65 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please arrive at the meeting place wearing a swimsuit (or clothing that can get wet) and sandals (or footwear that can get wet).
Regarding rental equipment: We will provide the equipment used on the tour (SUP, paddle, life jacket, marine shoes, snorkel mask, fins, etc.). Please check the "Included and Excluded Items" section for details.
Duration comment: The tour will take approximately 90 minutes from the start (including explanations, etc.).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 181 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–180 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
