Know in advance:the tour involves walking, standing, and stairs. Guests with mobility restrictions or wheelchair users please contact the local operator before attending the tour for further assistance. Contact info will be found on your voucher after booking

infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge. Children under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult. No refund will be made because the ticket holder was not aware of such age restrictions

customers arriving late may not be accommodated on a tour or refunded. Tickets purchased on a specific time/day are only valid for that time/day

Dubai Opera at its sole discretion may only refund or exchange a ticket if an event is cancelled or rescheduled and you cannot attend the rescheduled event

Dubai Opera is a working building, so the content of the tours may vary. Due to events some areas may occasionally be closed or restricted access

photography is generally encouraged on the tour. There may be occasions where you are asked not to take photos. Please ensure that you do not take photos of any customers, staff or artists without obtaining consent

any discounts as part of your tour ticket are available on the day of the tour only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

guests must always keep their personal belongings with them. Dubai Opera shall not be liable for any lost or stolen property

no food or drinks purchased outside are permitted inside Dubai Opera
