1. Service Time and Scope: Daily private tour service is available for 10 hours. Travelers are advised to plan their departure time accordingly to fully enjoy their trip. Service hours are 07:00–21:00. Pick-up and drop-off locations are primarily hotels, guesthouses, or designated locations within Fukuoka city. If the trip departs from or ends outside Fukuoka city, the driver's travel time to and from the garage will be deducted, or additional charges may apply.

2. When placing your order, please be sure to provide your contact information via LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat, and ensure that you have enabled the "Add Friends" function so that our local customer service and staff in Japan can contact you. After completing your booking, please proactively add the customer service contact information provided on the platform to arrange your trip and vehicle. Driver information will be provided one day before departure; please pay attention to relevant notifications. To avoid affecting your trip, please arrive at the designated location 5 minutes in advance to wait for the driver.

3. For private tour trips of 2 days or more, and where the accommodation is located outside of Fukuoka City, an additional accommodation allowance will be charged to the driver: JPY 8,000 per night. Please pay the driver in cash on the day of the trip.

4. Highway tolls and parking fees: All highway tolls, parking fees, and other on-site expenses incurred during the trip are the responsibility of the passenger. Please pay the driver in cash on the day of travel.

5. Please ensure the number of passengers and luggage is accurate. If, after professional assessment, the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, customer service will coordinate with you to change to a suitable vehicle or assist in canceling the order. If the actual number of passengers or luggage does not match the booking information, resulting in the vehicle being unable to transport passengers safely, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no refund will be issued.

3. Excess mileage fees

The total daily distance should be within 300 kilometers (the route should be reasonably planned and there should be no major backtracking).
