•Luggage larger than 24 inches and smaller than 28 inches will be counted as 2 pieces of standard luggage. Luggage larger than 28 inches will be counted as 3 pieces of standard luggage.
•Special items such as wheelchairs, strollers, surfboards, and golf equipment will be regarded as 1 piece of extra-large luggage.
•If the number of passengers or the amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver may refuse service. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
4. Maximum Passengers per Vehicle Type:
•4-seater car: up to 2 passengers
•7-seater car: up to 5 passengers
•Deluxe minivan: up to 6 passengers
•16-seater van: up to 14 passengers
•Limousine: up to 9 passengers
5. Surcharge:
• Additional charges apply for pickups/drop-offs outside service area
• No extra charge for early morning or late-night pick-up
• Extra stops or detours not included in route may incur a fee (to be discussed directly with driver)
Please make sure to enter accurate pick-up location, time, and contact details when booking.
We will contact you before the trip via WhatsApp or other messaging apps to confirm your pick-up details.
The driver will wait up to 60 minutes at hotels . After this waiting period, if we cannot reach you or you are not present, the driver will leave and the service will be considered completed.
