1. This is a private, customized ski lesson. Instructors will be assigned based on availability. Please make your reservation at least in advance.
2. Snowboard and Ski cannot be taught together in the same course. If you wish to experience different activities, please book separate courses.
3. It is recommended that participants purchase ski passes and rent ski equipment before the course begins.
4. When children and adults attend classes together, the teaching content will prioritize the learning needs of children.
5. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the course.
6. Skiing is an outdoor sport with certain risks, and it is recommended that you purchase relevant overseas insurance.
7. If the course cannot be conducted due to ski resort closure, severe weather, or other force majeure events, it can be cancelled free of charge and a full refund will be provided.
8. If you cancel the course due to personal reasons (including injury, illness, change of itinerary, etc.), the corresponding handling fee will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy stated on the product page.
