Reminders

  • Rocky Mountain weather varies significantly between day and night, with summer daytime temperatures around 25°C and nighttime temperatures around 15–18°C; please pack appropriate clothing

  • Strong sunlight and high UV levels in summer require sun protection, and the dry climate makes moisturizer essential

  • Wildlife is commonly encountered in national parks; feeding animals is strictly prohibited, and you must not exit the vehicle to observe large wildlife

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms, with fines of CAD $300 or more for violations; smoking is only allowed in designated areas and cigarette butts must not be discarded improperly

  • Most hotels in the Rockies are 3–4 story wooden buildings and may not have elevators

  • Hotels in national parks generally do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or combs; only basic toiletries such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided

  • Most hotel rooms do not have kettles; for hot water, please ask the front desk or use the coffee machine as instructed; hot (boiled) drinking water is not provided in scenic areas, so guests should prepare in advance

  • Canada uses 110V electricity with three-prong plugs (one round pin on top and two flat parallel pins below)

  • Travel medical insurance (including trip cancellation coverage) is strongly recommended for personal safety and protection

  • Please remember to bring your camera and enjoy the journey

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 31 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 9.4% will apply
  • For cancellations made 16 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–15 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
