Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Sabani tours are heavily influenced by weather conditions. Sea conditions change moment by moment. Please understand that if we determine that it is not safe to sail under any of the following circumstances, the tour may be canceled as it could endanger the lives of our customers: • When a weather warning is in effect (heavy rain, flood, strong winds, tsunami, storm surge) • When a thunderstorm warning is in effect • When wave height exceeds 4.0m • When wind speed exceeds 11.0m • When a rapid deterioration of weather is expected due to the passage of a weather front • When the local guide deems it dangerous • When participants engage in dangerous behavior or fail to follow instructions • When a participant or guide is unwell

Clothing and belongings: • Since you will be boarding from the beach, your feet will get wet, so please wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet. • Sandals are acceptable for boarding. • Hat (due to strong sunlight) • Long-sleeved shirt or rash guard (for sun protection) • Drinks • Motion sickness medication (if needed) • Life jacket or inflatable ring for children (if needed) * Children who cannot swim can also participate in the snorkeling tour.
Rental equipment includes: • Life jacket • Snorkel set (you can also use your own) • Koba hat (traditional Okinawan hat, optional) • Waterproof bag (for cameras and other photographic equipment, use at your own risk) • Snorkel goggles (for those who are uncomfortable with snorkeling) *Valuables can be left with us or stored in the vehicle.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
