Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• • The tour will proceed regardless of rain. • The tour may be canceled at short notice due to sea conditions on the day of the tour. • Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs to the location if the tour is canceled after you have arrived at the location.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• The following individuals are not permitted to participate. Furthermore, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, a history of illness, are currently receiving medical treatment, or are taking any medications other than those listed below, please contact us before making a reservation (you may not be able to participate). • Age 60 or older • High blood pressure • Diabetes • Pregnant • Asthma • Epilepsy • Panic disorder • Spontaneous pneumothorax • Physical, intellectual, or mental disabilities • Arrhythmia • Acute respiratory infections (pneumonia, bronchitis) • Severe motion sickness • Extreme obesity (BMI of 35 or higher, weight of 120 kg or more) • Fears of enclosed spaces, open spaces, heights, darkness, etc. • Alcohol or drug addiction • Otitis media • Perforated tympanic membrane • Meniere's disease • Chronic sinusitis • Nose I have a history of the following conditions: cavities obstructed (nasal polyps, deviated septum), endogenous bronchial asthma, emphysema, tuberculosis, tuberculosis with residual cavities in the lungs, bronchial inflammation due to smoking, valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy, neuralgia, neurological disorders, seizures and abnormal electroencephalograms after head trauma, stroke (intracranial hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, subarachnoid hemorrhage), arthritis, myositis, rheumatoid arthritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, hepatitis, thyroid disorders (those that cannot be controlled with oral medication), glaucoma, conjunctivitis, and other diseases affecting the brain, heart, lungs, bronchi, ears, and nose.

Other special notes:

• - Payment for the boat must be made on-site on the day of the tour (cash only). - Snorkeling will proceed even in rainy weather. - Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for the safety of the whale sharks and participants (free diving is also prohibited). - Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, a history of illness, or those not in a suitable condition for snorkeling are not permitted to participate. - Participation after drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited (please refrain from excessive drinking the day before). - The tour may be canceled at short notice due to rough seas.
