Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The class will only be canceled if the instructor deems it dangerous due to a typhoon, weather warnings, or other reasons.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- *Please be sure to arrive on time. *For the safety of all participants in this plan, the following individuals will not be allowed to participate. Depending on your health condition and age, a medical certificate may be required. If you have any questions or concerns, please write them in the remarks section when applying. The organizer will respond. Individuals with high blood pressure, heart, spinal cord, or neck diseases, epilepsy, hyperventilation symptoms, those who have consumed alcohol, those with conditions that may worsen upon participation, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, and those whom the organizer determines cannot ensure safety on the day of participation.
Other special notes:
- Please note that you cannot board an airplane after diving.

- Rental equipment and materials, rental teaching materials, insurance, drinks, etc.
- An additional 11,000 yen (application fee, administrative fees, etc.)
Reminders
Ages of participation: 12 years old to 0 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Swimsuit, sandals, towel, change of clothes, and one 3x4cm passport-sized photograph.
Regarding rental equipment: A complete set of diving equipment is available for free rental!

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 5 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
