This fee is collected on behalf of the boat operators by the Northeast Coast National Scenic Area Administration of the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications. Please pay at the counter.
The charging method for cleaning fees on Guishan Island is as follows:

Children (3-11 years old) NT$50 per person
Infants (0-2 years old) are free.
Free for those 65 and older on weekdays, 50 yuan on holidays.
Free for those with a disability certificate and one accompanying person.
Residents of Yilan County who are registered residents of the county are exempt from tuition fees.
