Departure from Barcelona at the scheduled time, from your hotel.
Arrival at the Dalí Museum in Figueres, where the surrealist world awaits you. Designed by Dalí himself, this museum is a work of art in its own right, with its extravagant façade and unique installations that capture the essence of the famous artist.
At the museum, we will spend time admiring some of Dalí's most famous works, including paintings, sculptures, and various mind-bending installations. For those who aren't museum enthusiasts, we can assure you that the Dalí Museum exceeds all expectations, not only because of its paintings, but also because of its approach to understanding the world of art.
We will continue our journey to the easternmost tip of the Iberian Peninsula, where we will visit one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, Cadaqués.
Cadaqués is a charming seaside village on the Costa Brava, famous for its breathtaking landscapes and its connection to the artist Salvador Dalí. We will begin our tour by exploring the Church of St. Mary, located in the upper part of the Old Town, which offers breathtaking views of Cadaqués and the Mediterranean Sea. From there, on a 1-hour walk through the cobblestone streets, we will discover stories and legends about pirates and emigrants to the Americas that will transport us back in time.
Time for lunch. Optionally, we can choose a premium fish restaurant.
Cadaqués is known for its whitewashed houses with blue doors and windows, which create a magical atmosphere. We will then set off at a leisurely pace towards the inland area, and after just 30 minutes, we will enjoy the wines of the Emporda Denomination of Origin region. We will visit a winery and enjoy a tasting session.
Finally, we will round off this day of adventure by returning to Barcelona.
