Despite the flight delay, I am very grateful for the driver's patience, which allowed me, a first-time visitor to Barcelona, to arrive at my hotel smoothly.
Visitor Impressions: Unlike other buildings I've visited in Barcelona, this feels more like an architectural complex. I highly recommend bringing a map 🗺️ as not every building is open to the public. Allow at least two hours to fully explore the area, but if you enjoy taking photos, you can allocate even more time. Overall, highly recommended! ⚠️ The ticket does not include a guided tour; you can decide whether to purchase one on-site.
I always get nervous about airport taxis because if they're not punctual, I'll miss my flight, but because I'd repeatedly communicated the pickup location via the app, the car arrived on time. They spoke to me in English and even showed me the Barcelona New Year's Eve fireworks on their smartphone. It was a great memory of my trip. I had a lot of luggage, so next time I'll request a larger car instead of a standard one.
The captivating, undulating curves of Gaudí's architecture are an embodiment of magical beauty. The seaweed-inspired window railings and the butterfly-inspired cast iron gates are truly breathtaking. Beyond their practicality and unique design, every detail prioritizes air circulation and natural light. The atrium design ensures ample brightness within the interior. The various uniquely shaped chimneys and vents on the roof are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, showcasing Gaudí's architectural prowess and making the space unforgettable.
This ticket is interesting; the guard checks you once, then the security check, and finally the place where you actually scan the barcode.
