Vehicle cleaning costs

If the interior of the vehicle becomes soiled due to the passenger's negligence during the ride (vomit, foul odors, or other stains requiring significant effort to clean), a cleaning fee of 40,000 yen may be charged separately.

Overtime surcharge

If the charter service usage time exceeds 10 hours on the day, an additional charge of 11,000 yen per hour will be required and must be paid to the driver in cash. However, it is not possible to request an extension of the usage time in advance.
