Question 1: Please provide the height, weight, and age of all parasailing participants. This information is mandatory for participating in parasailing.

Regarding tour cancellation:

The tour may be cancelled at the last minute at the discretion of the captain or instructor due to worsening weather, poor sea conditions, or vessel/equipment trouble. In the event of cancellation for the reasons above, a refund will be provided. We cannot compensate for transportation costs to the meeting point.

If the captain or instructor determines that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to worsening weather, poor sea conditions, vessel/equipment trouble, a participant feeling unwell, a participant failing to follow instructions, or a participant engaging in behavior that is disruptive to the captain, instructor, or other participants, the tour content may be changed or the tour may be cancelled.

Other special notes:

The meeting and dismissal point is Marine Shop JINBEI. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to board the vessel. Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to spare. The flight method will vary depending on the wind and waves on the day. The number of people flying at once, flight pairings, and flight order will be determined on-site by the captain or instructor with safety as the top priority, based on the day's weather and sea conditions. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your requests. Cancellations made by the customer after 18:00 on the day before the scheduled date (including no-shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to our reasons, such as cancellation due to worsening weather, poor sea conditions, or vessel/equipment trouble. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
