If serious soiling of the vehicle interior (such as spilled food or drinks or vomit) or damage to vehicle facilities is caused by human factors, compensation will be required based on the actual cleaning or repair costs.

Highway tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip will be reimbursed on an actual cost basis and must be paid to the driver in cash at the end of the trip.
The first child car seat (0-6 years old) is provided free of charge. For the second car seat and beyond, a fee of 1250 yen per car seat per day will be charged. Please make a note in advance or reserve through the product page.
If the vehicle is used beyond the allotted time, an overtime fee will be charged at 5,000 yen per hour for the Hiace and 10,000 yen per hour for the Coaster (every 15 minutes will be considered as 1 hour).
The default pick-up and drop-off points for private charter car trips are within Fukuoka City. If you pick up or drop off at other locations, the car trip will last for 8 hours and you will need to pay an additional empty car fee of 5,000 to 10,000 yen, which should be paid to the driver in cash on the day of your trip.
If you need to private charter car for multiple days and the driver needs to stay overnight outside of Fukuoka, you will need to pay the driver's overnight fee on the day of departure. The fee will vary depending on the season and region, and is estimated to be between 8,000 and 15,000 yen per day.
If a passenger causes serious damage to the vehicle during their journey (such as vomiting, odor, or other situations that are difficult to clean), a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 3 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather affecting your trip, customer service will notify you separately. In such cases, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. If you are the one requesting a rescheduling or cancellation, please contact customer service as soon as possible and provide relevant proof. Customer service will handle the matter at their discretion.
Please be sure to specify the correct number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit on the day of travel, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and no refund will be given.
On the day of your trip, to ensure a smoother journey, the driver will suggest a return time based on traffic conditions and may adjust the order of attractions. Please be aware of this.
The pick-up time on the day of the trip will be based on the itinerary time confirmed before departure. If the guest is late, the driver will suggest shortening the trip accordingly. If the guest chooses not to shorten the trip and incurs overtime, an overtime fee will be charged.
If you need to make any changes to your itinerary, please submit your application at least 48 hours before departure, otherwise it may be difficult to process.
