Tickets are valid for the entire exhibition period (until September 28, 2026). Tickets expired after this period will be considered invalid and non-refundable. For refunds, please complete the necessary procedures at the original ticketing channel before the exhibition closes on September 28, 2026. Late refunds will not be accepted. Please follow the refund policy of the original ticketing channel for details. For tickets purchased as part of any package deal (including double tickets, family tickets, etc.) or participating in buy-one-get-one-free programs, all contents of the package (including tickets, gifts, and merchandise) must be intact and unused, and the entire package must be refunded.
Each ticket is valid for one person only and entry is by ticket only. Tickets cannot be reused.
Tickets are for sale and should be kept safe by the ticket holder. Tickets that are lost, damaged, punched, altered, soiled, photocopied, or torn and cannot be identified will be considered invalid and will not be refunded, exchanged, or reissued.
Children under 3 years old can enter for free, but must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket (they must show relevant identification; if no identification is brought, they will be judged based on whether they are 90 cm tall or not; age is calculated based on their actual age on the day of entry).
Those eligible for free admission should present their identification for verification by staff before entry. If they do not meet the eligibility criteria, they should purchase a ticket accordingly. Those eligible for preferential treatment (discounted tickets, priority tickets) cannot request a partial refund or additional payment for the ticket price difference after entering the venue.
To ensure clear identification by service personnel, necessary companions for persons with disabilities should enter the venue closely following the persons with disabilities.
