This private charter car uses a 14-seater Toyota Hiace, which can accommodate up to 13 passengers (without luggage). Alternatively, for groups of 9 people or fewer, up to 9 pieces of luggage can be carried.

This tour features a Chinese-speaking driver who will introduce the sights on the bus. Upon arrival at the destination, you are free to explore at your leisure.

Please fill in the number of passengers and luggage accurately. If additional vehicles are needed on the day of travel, the driver has the right to refuse to accommodate passengers for safety and insurance reasons. If additional vehicles are dispatched, the fare difference will be borne by the passengers.

If a traveler ends their trip earlier than scheduled on the day of travel, the cost will still be calculated based on the original booking time, and no refund will be given for the time difference.

For delays caused by late arrival of passengers or meal delays, the price will be half price for the first half hour, and for any interval between half an hour and one hour, it will be counted as one hour. Overtime due to traffic jams caused by accidents will also be included; please pay the overtime fee to the driver on the same day.

Normal service hours in Japan are between 8:00 and 20:00. If you are outside of these hours, please inform customer service.

Please cooperate by taking your personal trash off the vehicle when you leave at the end of the trip. If any passenger damages the vehicle's equipment, they will be required to pay for the damage upon verification.

Vehicle usage at the dock is concentrated; please inquire about vehicle availability before placing an order.

Precautions:

Cruise ship port delays, typhoons, and tsunamis are considered force majeure events and can be refunded or changed without penalty.

In other cases, free cancellation and changes are allowed up to 8 days before departure. Within 8 days, partial cancellation and changes will be subject to KKDay rules. Cancellations and changes are not supported on the day of departure.
