What to wear and what to bring: We will be able to guide you smoothly if you come wearing your swimsuit. Please rest assured that we will lend you life jackets and other necessary equipment for the experience free of charge. As the sun in Okinawa is strong, we recommend wearing a rash guard or similar if you have one. Many people also wear a T-shirt over their swimsuit that they don't mind getting wet. This is recommended as it protects areas that are prone to sunburn, such as shoulders. As you will be meeting at the venue, there are no lockers to store your luggage in. Please keep your valuables in your own care.
Regarding rental items: Life jackets and other items necessary for marine activities are available for free rental.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
