Child car seat

The first child seat is provided free of charge. For the second and subsequent seats, a charge of 2,000 yen per seat will be applied. Please note this when placing your order and pay the driver in cash on-site.

wheelchair usage fee

A fee of 2,000 yen per item will be charged. Please note this when placing your order and pay the driver in cash on the spot.

Overtime fee

We will arrive at the pick-up location at the agreed time and provide a free 30-minute waiting period. If the free waiting time is exceeded, an overtime waiting fee will be charged.

The fee is 2500 yen/30 minutes for a 7-seater vehicle and 4000 yen/30 minutes for a 10-seater vehicle. Please pay the driver in cash on-site.

Late-night service fees

For rides exceeding 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, a late-night service fee of 2,000 yen per hour will be charged. Please pay the driver in cash on-site.

  • Please arrive at the designated location 0 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

How to Use

Arrive at the designated time and wait. A free 15-minute wait is available; an additional fee will be charged for exceeding this time. 2500 yen/30 minutes (any time less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes). (If you cannot arrive on time, please contact customer service or the driver in advance. If you are not contacted and are 15 minutes late, the driver will leave without a refund.)
