The car rental service is available from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. A night service fee will be charged for rentals outside of these hours (an additional fee of 2,000 yen or more will apply depending on the end time).
Free waiting time: 90 minutes at the airport, 30 minutes in the city and at F1 racetracks. A fee of 3,000 yen per 30 minutes will be charged for any time exceeding this limit.
Overtime fees should be paid to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay the relevant additional fees in advance.
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without providing a refund.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental time. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.
