Departure time: The driver will wait at the designated departure point at the agreed time. If the departure is delayed due to the guest's own reasons, the time will still be calculated from the agreed time. Please plan your time accordingly.

Overtime fees will apply for exceeding the usage time, regardless of traffic congestion or weather conditions.
