Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event may be canceled due to inclement weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs or other expenses incurred in the event of cancellation. If the event is canceled due to circumstances, the organizing company will contact you by the day before.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - No age restrictions. Participants under 15 years of age must be accompanied or given consent by a parent or guardian. - There are no restrictions on participation based on health conditions, but if you have any concerns about symptoms, please write them in the remarks section when applying. The organizer will respond.
Other special notes:
- All seats are at tables and chairs. You can relax and enjoy yourself as there is no need to sit on your knees.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
